Medical facilities are some of the cleanest environments around, especially those found in Egypt. This must be the case as they deal with patients often carrying contagions. Covid-19 has shown us just why this is necessary and why stricter procedures are now required. Hospitals and clinics throughout Egypt should now look replace standard disinfectants with our natural alternative. Not only does it deliver unbeatable performance, but it’s a lot safer to use too.
But what makes it safe exactly? Our FDA-approved high-level disinfectant and natural hand sanitizer are completely non-toxic, non-corrosive, chemical-free, alcohol-free, and it’s a non-irritant too. It can be used on any surface, even sprayed into the air, and it won’t cause damage or be harmful to patients or staff. This is thanks to the formula of super oxidized water and hypochlorous acid (HOCl).
If you’re a medical professional, you’ll know that HOCl occurs naturally in our bodies. It’s produced by our white blood cells to help fight infection, and so it’s no surprise that it’s 99.99% effective against harmful pathogens. And it should also be no surprise that it’s completely harmless to humans, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly. It’s even harmless if ingested, so it can be used liberally without concern. And the best part is that it works instantly.
You can use our eco-friendly disinfectant to sanitize medical instruments, surfaces, walls, furniture, and more. And our sanitizer can be dispensed from automated units for quick and convenient cleansing of hands throughout the day. Plus, our formula can even be incorporated into some of our other technologies too. When used in tandem with our other products, you’ll achieve great results.
A few examples of our products include:
Medical Aluminum Cylinders
Medical Face Shields
While you might think that the secret to beating Covid-19 is a sophisticated one, even the low-tech options can be of great benefit. Hospital and clinic workers throughout Egypt are accustomed to wearing face protection, so our face masks and shields are not an unfamiliar sight. Throughout the pandemic, medical staff have had to wear PPE for hours at a time, which has led to many comfort issues.
Our protective masks and shields are designed with comfort in mind while providing outstanding levels of protection for the wearer. Take our KN95 Filtering Face Piece Respirator as an example. It’s made of a non-woven fabric, anti-bacterial melt-blown filter material, four-layer material, and a double-layer anti-bacterial melt-blown cloth. This keeps the wearer comfortable while providing protection that’s rated to the International Standard EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009.
For our medical face shields, we at SHIELDme™ understand the importance of balancing protection with practicality. Our shields are made from a PET and high-light transmittance material, so while you’re wearing this shield, your vision won’t be impaired in any way whatsoever. And if you need to don a surgical mask but are allergic to latex, we have you covered.
Our surgical masks are latex-free and hypoallergenic while offering 99% bacterial filtration efficiency. We also supply vinyl gloves too, so as with our surgical masks, they too are latex-free.
Hospital and clinic interiors can be a breeding ground for germs if not fully sanitized throughout. But with so many areas to cover; so many hard-to-reach areas, it can be tricky getting every spot. The solution is our SHIELDme™ Disinfectant Fogger – it vaporizes our formula, turning it into a fog or mist that will seep into even those hard-to-reach areas. It’s the quickest and most effective way to sanitize an entire room.
Our disinfectant foggers sport a sizeable capacity for our all-natural disinfectant. And because our disinfectant is non-toxic and non-corrosive, it won’t damage surfaces or equipment, and it won’t impact air quality. The vaporized form of the formula also dissipates quickly, so no drying is needed. Simply carry it into each room and use the attached hose to spray the disinfectant around the room.
Instantly all surfaces will be treated, and thanks to the flexible hose, complete coverage can be easily achieved. The time it would take to sanitize each area will be significantly reduced compared to traditional methods. A summary of the key features of our Disinfectant Fogger include:
6-8m Spray Distance
Easily Angled Hose
Air Pressure Auto-Locking Spray Head
To remain Covid-19 safe, hospitals and clinics have had to adapt – our SHIELDme™ high-level disinfectant and organic hand sanitizer will certainly help with this transition. But why not make full use of our other great products? Medical facilities throughout Egypt can employ everything from automated dispensers and medical face shields to sanitizing tunnels to keep their patients and staff safe.
But you can do so much more – by now, you should have yourself a Covid-19 checklist. This includes all the steps needed to make your hospital or clinic a safe environment. If you don’t, we’d like to recommend a few additional steps you can take to help keep the virus in check. Ensure a strict cleaning routine, both daily and ‘as you go’, is implemented and that sanitizing products are used to their fullest extent.
Social distancing must be enforced throughout, and patients must all stick to the 2m marker placements. Where possible, limit the number of patients in the hospital/clinic at any one time. For hospitals, this isn’t always possible on account of emergency arrivals, but try to maintain this system as much as possible. Friends and family should also not be permitted to treatment areas so as to minimize the chances of contaminants being brought through.
Ensure staff members all have access to the right PPE and that automated sanitizer dispensers are made available to patients and staff. Lastly, advise patients that if they have symptoms of Coronavirus, to remain at home and self-isolate. They should only call for an ambulance if the symptoms become severe.
These are just some of the measures you can take, along with using SHIELDme™ products, to ensure your medical facility is a safe environment for patients and staff members.
